Welcome, Friends!

I’m so happy you’ve decided to join the “50 Sentences” community. I hope my sentences inspire you. Would you like to try them out even though you might be thinking: ‘I can’t possibly say that!’? My experience tells me: Yes, you can. Very easily, in fact. When the message is clear and your tone is charming and laid-back you can say almost anything. And, remember, these sentences have the ‘tried-and-tested’ seal of approval. They’ve worked wonders thousands of times, and only sentences that meet this requirement have made it into my book. Fans of “50 Sentences” all seem to have had similar experiences: ‘I used the sentence. It worked. It was far easier than I thought!’ Wonderful – that’s exactly what I intended when I wrote it!

Welcome to my world!

Listen. Read. Use. Repeat.

You’ve finished the audiobook and you’re wondering how you’re going to remember all that? Get the book! That’s the best way to really absorb your favourite sentences. By the way, my three favourites are: “I decide who pushes my buttons,” “I’m sorry if I gave you the impression you could talk to me like that” and “I think I’d better forgive myself.”

You’ve read the book but you don’t like audiobooks? Make an exception! Many readers have done just that and have found it a really good way to take everything in and remember their key phrases. Whatever you decide, look forward to more lightness, self-determination and clarity. Thanks for taking an interest in yourself.

Normally I’m allergic to self-help books but there’s something very bracing in Kuschik’s insistence on authenticity — avoiding white lies that only stress us out and fog our minds.

Am I stalking John Strelecky or is he stalking me?

Once again, I am a welcome guest at his cafe. It feels like I am working there as a waitress! What a wonderful, intelligent, and appreciative host!

The Award For Best Preparation Goes To … Jim Mora!

Being interviewed on Radio New Zealand felt like being in a time warp, traveling through the past. I had no idea these kinds of shows still existed where the host actually takes the time to thoroughly engage with their guest and the topic. Loved it! Jim came across as informed and interested — there were moments when I thought, he remembers parts of the book better than I do. Old-school in the very best sense!

Homerun with the Lallas

Well, that was a warm welcome on Resonance FM! Laura & Laura were such kind and open-minded hosts on their radio show “Around The World With The Lallas” – and clearly true book lovers, too. We really got carried away chatting. I barely squeezed in a few sentences from the book – Oops!?

Most-loved sentences as a free takeaway

Here’s a collection I put together for you – the fans’ absolute favourites. Fancy a present? Download the digital postcards! Send them to friends, print them out, post them, or use one as a screensaver. A little treat, to make life just a little easier.

Don’t like meditating?

Here’s another wonderful invention that will also take you into that amazing, almost hypnotic state where your thoughts stop haranguing you: mantras. You can let them work their magic while your eyes are closed, or you can holler along to them as you’re driving your car. It’s up to you. A little tip: play them to kids, sometime. Especially the very young ones love Om Nama Shivaya! They’ll happily sing along to them without even knowing they’re hitting those spiritual high notes. Tip number two: let your mantra run on auto-repeat. It’s a beautiful feeling when your mood gradually gets better and better.

Enjoy listening!

This mood-booster mantra will energize you, as well as soothing you. Its message: change is the only real certainty in life. So, relax. Turn up the volume and enjoy the seven-minute ride.

Healing. That’s what this ancient Kundalini mantra is about. Produced to emphasize its harmonic qualities. The choral voices really float around you as this little hymn entices you into higher spheres. Eight minutes of pure bliss.

On an earthlier level, Beat of Bali reminds us how important and how easy it is to establish a state of inner peace. Its high chill factor and rich sound is just the right thing for lovers of lounge music.

Thank you!

Many thanks for all the wonderful feedback to the book, the audiobook, the meditation-journey and the mantras that keep pouring in. Right now, I’m totally submersed in writing my third book. Once I’m done, I’ll have time to revisit my meditations and translate some of them into English so you can benefit from them as well. Fantasy meditation trips are hugely popular. It’s a great way to get a nice, quick dose of self-confidence, clarity and lightness! And if you’d like your comment to appear here too, be sure to send us your feedback!

Micheline Gioia

Karin Who?

I spent twenty years counseling celebrities and businesses – as a performance coach for companies, for actors, and for people’s lives, in general. In 2022 I used the COVID lockdowns for a personal unlock operation. And, suddenly, I was watching my first book take off. I invented Germany’s first speed coaching, hosted live events, created card sets, produced meditations and mantras. Powering all this is the belief that all of us benefit from being more self-confident, clearer, and more self-determined. Because they make life so much easier. It’s amazing to experience the buzz when people are totally committed to growing beyond themselves. Magic moments! That’s what I stand for.

You might as well be your best version. Others will survive it.

What I love

Try everything once. Twice if you like it.

I love languages and dialects – some I can do surprisingly well: Japanese, Thai. Austrian, Italian and a lot of German dialects. Languages transmit cultures and accents can add charm and sparkle. In fact, voices and sounds are wonderful: I love to sing, or just bleat something on a kazoo. But I also love silence, like when I’m scuba diving or during meditation.

For that matter I enjoyed hurdle racing, archery and tap dancing, even though I‘m lousy at all of them – which brings me to another feeling I like: to cheerfully fail! That’s probably why I’m also a big fan of improvisation theatre, whether as a spectator or on stage.

I Love live!

When I do live events I especially like giving Speed Coachings. Back to back sessions against the clock – with only 10 minutes per person to find a solution. Next please! An incredible and soulful relay race. Here, to give you a flavour, are some pics.

Thanks for diving into my world. I’d love to contribute to your life becoming easier. That’s precisely my goal. Just be your best version – others will survive the change.
